This wonderful fruit comes from a high quality vineyard block in the famed Red Mountain AVA. We crafted this into a medium bodied Cab that will complement any meal and not over power it. You may find flavors of dark cherry and black licorice, that finishes with supple tannins and great acidity for a mouth watering well balanced wine that can cellar for years to come.
