'22 Pinot Gris

Slightly floral with pronounced citrus notes and a suggestion of flint. Nose plays to lemon peel, white flower and minerality. Almond skin to round out the mouthfeel of the neutral oak this vintage was finished in. We suggest pairing with smoked fish, turkey and friends.
